Flatiron
All it takes is a short walk in any direction to know 7 West 21st Street is in a neighborhood saturated with destination restaurants, concept shops and architectural icons. At the heart of it is Madison Square Park. From this sought-after location, all points of New York and beyond are effortlessly accessible via the 6, N, R, F and M trains, as well as PATH service.
The Flatiron District is a small neighborhood that roughly covers the area of 20th to 26th streets between 6th Avenue and Park Avenue in Manhattan. It’s namesake, the Flatiron Building, is 22 stories tall and famously triangular in shape. Fun fact: Our dad has a giant photo of the Flatiron building in his home office. Every time we are at our parents house we feel right at home.
